Vertical Gardening in an amazing way! There is something just beautiful about vertical
gardens. Living in the city for most of my life and in an area where there was limited space for gardening it wasn't until two years ago that I discovered vertical gardening as a way to enjoy growing my own vegetables and herbs. There is just something very special to the mind and eye when I could see my plants growing vertically. It was like discovering a new way for nature to reach for the sun. I enjoyed watching everything grow just as much as I enjoyed eating fresh lettuce, basil, mint, strawberries and peas from my own garden every day. Comment by Julie Jackson on August 16, 2011 at 6:11pm Thanks Lisa. I'd love to see pictures of your garden. It is visually intriguing how plants look when they grow vertically. Whenever we put them in a garden show the attention they would receive was pretty amazing. I actually enjoyed looking at them more than I could ever enjoy all the produce. As such, I always had a lot more lettuce than I needed for my burgers. :)
